We all have our own personal core values that come from what is most important to us in life. Values are at play in everything we do, often without our awareness. In this article I discuss values and the benefit of exploring and gaining awareness around your own values and those of others.
There is no need to go through life being anyone other than your authentic self. Take notice of when you are imagining “the best” way to be in an upcoming situation, or evaluating if how you’re currently being is ok.
